We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Barista to help us deliver a memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll DoAs our Lead Barista, you'll take charge of creating the perfect cup of coffee while inspiring and supporting your team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care.
- Leading by example to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Training and mentoring baristas to develop their skills and maintain consistency.
- Managing daily operations, including inventory, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Upholding our standards for quality, efficiency, and hospitality.
We're seeking a dedicated individual who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the role. To succeed as our Lead Barista, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a barista or coffee-related role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering top-notch beverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
