Key Responsibilities:

Transcribe audio and written materials accurately between Japanese and English.

Review and edit transcripts to maintain linguistic and contextual fidelity.

Collaborate with team members to uphold project quality standards.

Provide insightful linguistic feedback to enhance transcription processes.

Meet project deadlines and deliver consistent, polished results.

Manage multiple transcription tasks with a keen attention to detail.

Communicate effectively via written and verbal channels with team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese and strong command of English.

Demonstrated experience in transcription, translation, or related language services.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in transcription work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Proficiency with transcription tools and digital collaboration platforms.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with bilingual transcription projects.

Familiarity with technical terminology across different industries.

Background in language studies, linguistics, or similar fields.
