Title: Talent Acquisition Contractor (Hourly Operations Recruiting)
Location: Hunt Valley, MD, Two days per week in the Hunt Valley headquarters office, with remote work available on other workdays.
Schedule: Temporary assignment, approximately 20 to 40 hours per week based on business need. No overtime is expected .
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Contractor supports the organization's hourly operations hiring needs by delivering a positive, efficient candidate experience from sourcing through hire. This role will support full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, production, and distribution positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination of pre-employment hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, community partnerships, and other recruiting channels.
- Support high-volume recruiting for hourly manufacturing, production, and distribution positions.
- Review applications, conduct initial candidate screens, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Track candidate activity and support accurate recruiting-process documentation.
- Assist with additional Talent Acquisition activities and projects as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting recruiting, staffing, HR coordination, or high-volume candidate/customer service.
- Experience recruiting for hourly, manufacturing, production, distribution, or similarly high-volume roles preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, follow-through, and scheduling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and flex hours between 20 and 40 hours per week.
