What You'll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Guest Experience Ambassador, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional time at TDW SmashZone. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly attitude and ensuring they feel at home.
- Assisting guests with game setup, rules, and any questions they may have.
- Providing excellent service by anticipating guest needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the venue.
- Supporting private events and corporate team-building activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborating with teammates to create a fun, high-energy atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and teammates effectively.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability, motivation, and a willingness to contribute to a growing business.
- A passion for creating fun and memorable experiences for others.
