Unarmed Security SupervisorProsegur Security is looking to fill an Unarmed Security Supervisor position that is customer service driven for one of our networks in the St. Joseph MO area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. We are looking for Security professionals that want to grow and develop professionally in our organization.Responsibilities:Supervise and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security/safety of premisesAnswer telephone calls and take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when the switchboard is closedInvestigate and prepare reports on incidentsCirculate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect propertyGuard, patrol, and monitor premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rulesEnforce facility rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistanceOversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks.Escort on foot or by motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection or to escort persons off customer propertyWrite detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs)Supervise for irregular or unusual activityQualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentMust have 3 years of security experienceMust have 2 years of supervisor security experienceMust have open availability to work all shifts and schedulesMust have reliable transportationMust have good communication skillsAbility to stand or walk for long periodsMust be able to walk/run up flights of stairs daily.Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periodsMust be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior.Education RequirementsHigh School DiplomaAdditional Information / BenefitsPaid Holidays401K/403b PlanDental InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick DaysVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceThe following screenings are required:Criminal Background CheckDrug Screen Prosegur Security USA
