About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Engineering Technician with strong drafting skills to join our team in Plymouth, MN. This role involves supporting engineers in the design and preparation of civil engineering projects, including site development, infrastructure, and municipal works. Civil Engineering Technician/Drafting Location: Plymouth, Minnesota Key Responsibilities Drafting and Design: Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software. Project Support: Assist engineers with calculations, reports, and technical documentation. Field Coordination: Conduct site visits, collect data, and ensure drawings align with field conditions. Quality Assurance: Review plans for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to standards. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality results. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and drafting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Prior experience in civil engineering drafting preferred.
