Senior Accountant

Our client, a well‑established organization in the Boca Raton area, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands‑on experience with balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and budget management. Key Responsibilities Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries and financial statements Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts Analyze and explain variances between actual results and forecasts Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards Manage prepaids and fixed asset schedules Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of professional accounting experience Experience in public accounting is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Jet Reports preferred CPA certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Ascendo Resources
