Finance Manager

Horne Nissan Yuma is seeking a transparent, dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to join our Finance Department. The position requires an ethical hands-on individual who will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive financial activities, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and drive financial performance through expert analysis and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow our Finance Department.
• Involvement in the deal making process and the structuring of deals.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal laws.
• Oversee the submission and completion of all financing documents in securing approvals and funding
• Maximize back-end profit on every deal.
• Conduct risk analysis and risk management activities to identify potential financial vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead a high-performing finance team through strategic management practices, fostering professional development and ensuring operational excellence in financial management.
• Works directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and to assist bridge disconnects in the sales process
• Builds rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer networks, present finance and product options to customers
• Meets monthly objectives
• Work with service advisors to address customer inquiries with regards to warranty questions and service-related contracts
• Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
• Lead by example and Promotes excellent Key Performance Indicators (KPI)/ Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in the Finance Department or a related automotive sales leadership role.
• Proficiency with technology
• Strong knowledge of dealership systems (e.g., VinSolutions, CDK, DealerSocket, Elead, etc.).
• Highly coachable with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Punctual and results-driven with a strong goal orientation.
• Valid driver's license.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, and MVR.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $84,000 plus annual income
