Job Title: Manufacturing Quality Control Inspector (2nd Shift)

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Shift: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM)

Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hour (competitive, based on experience)

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (with strong potential for growth)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to ensuring products meet company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts and finished goods
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection criteria
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Identify defects and non-conformances and report findings to the appropriate teams
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ year of quality control inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
