Human Resource Coordinator

As the face of Randstad inside our client’s facility, you will be the first person our talent sees when they clock in and the person the client relies on to keep their teams engaged. salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

What You'll Do Every Day

• Be the Guide: Run new hire orientations, give facility tours, and help new employees get comfortable on their first day.

• Keep Things Running: Handle the day-to-day admin—tracking attendance, processing weekly payroll, and answering employee questions.

• Build Relationships: Check in with the client's managers daily to figure out their staffing needs and tackle any roadblocks together.

• Promote Safety: Walk the floor to ensure everyone is working safely and following site guidelines.

The essential functions of this role include:
