Develop tailored treatment plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies that assist them in reaching their functional aspirations

Implement therapeutic interventions: Apply evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care

Educate patients and caregivers: Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic methods to ensure sustained progress outside of clinical settings

Monitor patient progress: Assess clinical outcomes continuously and modify treatment plans as necessary, keeping patients on their healing trajectories

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Encouragement and support for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT certification is mandatory
