• Specialty: CRNA

• Dates/Schedule: 4-10's alternating schedule to ensure Monday, Fridays are covered. Need 4-10's in 5 days or Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday shift work.

• Length of Assignment: potential ongoing or 3-6 months.
\n
• Call Ratio: weekend call is an option
\n
• Case Mix: No infants. Getting rest of cases.
\n
• Trauma Level: Level 1.
\n
• Supervision and Ratio: Medical Directive
\n
• Active License: Prefers Active TN license
\n
• Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 day
\n
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
