Notably required before onboarding are:- Verification of License/Certificate- Fit Test and Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen- Various Professional and Conduct Forms (e.g., Trinity Code of Conduct, System Security Agreement)- COVID-19 Vaccine verification- MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap vaccinations- A 2 Step PPD or IGRA for TB testing- A physical/health statement- Education and criminal background verification- Competency and skills testing specific to TrinityAdditionally, documentation such as the Trinity Profile must be submitted, though not necessarily before onboarding. These onboarding requirements ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols.
