We are a busy law office specializing in bankruptcy looking for an outgoing and reliable individual to assist clients through the document signing process.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and can confidently guide clients step-by-step.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with reviewing and signing bankruptcy documents
- Walk clients through forms in a clear and supportive way
- Ensure all documents are understood
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients and explaining information
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Quick learner and dependable
- Prior office and bankruptcy experience is a plus (but not required)
- Spanish is a plus
