HR Generalist

What You'll Do Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. Support employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, performance management, and corrective action processes. Partner with hiring managers on recruitment efforts including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions. Manage leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and other employee leave requests. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Assist with payroll administration, audits, reporting, and workforce analytics. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and professional development opportunities. Support performance review processes and organizational development initiatives. Assist with policy implementation, process improvements, and special HR projects. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist, HR Representative, or HR Business Partner capacity. Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Experience managing FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and leave administration. Working knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Paylocity, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience supporting multi-site operations, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, distribution, or corporate environments. Experience with reporting, workforce planning, and HR analytics.
