In addition to managing projects, the Project Manager is responsible for:Overall project success, including:Successful management of project financial performance, including fee retentionClient satisfactionManaging major portions of large projects or overall responsibility for smaller projectsMentoring and coaching Assistant Project Managers and Project EngineersContinuing to develop project management and leadership skillsManaging project scope changes, including quantity take-offs, pricing, and tracking revisionsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related fieldFive (5) or more years of commercial or general construction project management experienceDemonstrated experience building strong partnerships with owners, owner's representatives, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractorsPreferred:Proven ability to successfully deliver projects while achieving financial performance goalsExperience in estimating and field operationsExperience developing and maintaining project schedulesSkills:Strong understanding
