Become a Shift Leader at our first-ever Vermont bakery located at 84 Church Street, Burlington VT 05041 . As a Shift Leader , you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" (and beyond) by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members Ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices Manage cash handling and deposits Desired Skills/Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role Experience with Point of Sale systems Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills Detail-oriented and results-driven Ability to lead by example and motivate others Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
