The CIO Team Lead will lead and manage a team of contractors / subcontractors, directing their efforts and serving as the primary point of contact with the government customer on technical execution and project issues.Primary Responsibilities:Mange and direct all project operations of the team operating from multiple work locations.Brief leadership on program status and milestonesDevelop procedures for successful program executionRequired Qualifications:CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance Requires four years of experience managing projects providing project enterprise Information Technology (IT) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and IT enhancement projects.Requires experience providing technical support materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings.Demonstrated experience performing executive action tracking.Experience guiding program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategy.Required Education \ Relevant Experience:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experienceHigh school or High School Equivalency Diploma and 12 years of experienceDesired Qualifications:Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes as it relates to counterintelligence and security missions.Basic Compensation:$172,900 - $211,400 (This range is for Washington DC Metro Area Only).The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.KBR BenefitsKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
