Position is for a casual, family-friendly BBQ concept built around one simple idea: serving Great Food and Great Service to Great People, especially the Uniformed American Heroes who inspire everything they do.

Every location pauses each day at noon to play the national anthem as a salute to the military, police, fire, and first responder community. It's a high-energy, high-volume environment with a strong sense of purpose behind the counter.

The Front of House Manager is the face of the restaurant. This person owns the guest experience from the moment someone walks through the door: the warm welcome, the register, the sample tray, the daily flag salute, and everything that makes a first-time guest a regular. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build and coach a front-of-house team that reflects the brand's hospitality-first culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily FOH shift operations, including register/POS accuracy, cash handling, and order flow during peak volume
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop front counter and server staff, setting the tone for hospitality on every shift
• Run daily shift meetings and pre-shift briefings to communicate goals, specials, and standards
• Own the guest experience end to end: greeting, sampling, order accuracy, speed of service, and problem resolution
• Partner with the Kitchen Manager to ensure ticket times, food quality, and communication between FOH and BOH stay tight
• Manage FOH labor scheduling to hit targets while keeping the floor properly staffed during rushes
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health/safety standards in the dining room and front counter area
• Support community engagement efforts (military, first responder, and local outreach events) that are central to the brand
• Track and report on FOH performance metrics: speed of service, guest feedback, sales per shift, and team retention
• Give real-time coaching and authentic recognition to build a team that wants to stay and grow

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of front-of-house restaurant management or shift leadership experience, ideally in a high-volume, fast-casual or full-service environment
• A track record of building and retaining strong teams, not just managing shifts
• Comfort with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and labor scheduling
• A natural people-first leadership style: someone who leads by example on the floor, not from the office
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed and solution-oriented during a rush
• Genuine alignment with culture: hospitality, patriotism, and community
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (most major holidays closed)
