Compliance/Logistics Analyst - A
$20 - $24 per hourThe Fountain Group
Pay : $20.00 - $24.00/HR based on experience!

Location: 100% onsite; M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Responsible for:
- Support internal customers in coordinating the inbound and outbound shipment process.
- Ensure that all related documentation and record keeping is compliant with U.S. Import & Export Regulations.
- Position requires knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and use of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
- The position also requires knowledge in Creating Porforma Invoices, Classifying commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B,
- Maintaining updated FDA and Other Agency data, NAFTA Certificates of Origin, Filing Shipper's Export Declarations.
- Maintain Inbound/Outbound Shipment Log and Filing System, Shipment Tracking and Follow Up, Logistics Coordinating/Assistance, Compliance/Audit, Audit Customs Brokerage Invoices, SOP Creation and Auditing.
- Minimum HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelors desired.
- Minimum 2+ years experience with a bachelors/5+ years with HSD/GED.
- Must have intermediate or advanced Excel - pivot tables/VLOOKUPS.
- Experience with customs/import/export
