About the Role:

The Program Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and the elderly. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct home visits to assess the needs of clients and ensure the effectiveness of services approved for.
