- Assist in the assessment ofpatients' dietary needs.
- Prepare and delivernutrition education materials.
- Monitor food serviceoperations for quality and safety.
- Support data collection fornutrition research or program evaluation.
- Associate degree in dieteticsor nutrition.
- Certification as a DieteticTechnician, Registered (DTR) preferred.
- Strong organizational skillsand attention to detail.
