We work to produce ducks through intensive management programs and conservation of breeding duck habitat. As Designer on the Marketing & Communications team, you'll play a central role in shaping the organization's visual identity and ensuring that every piece of communication reflects both brand excellence and the passion behind our mission to support duck production, protect access, and preserve the future of waterfowl hunting.Essential FunctionsDevelop compelling visual assets to support fundraising, events, member engagement, advocacy, and conservation effortsCreate and produce materials such as brochures, digital ads, social graphics, PowerPoints, signage, merchandise, and moreWork with the Art Director to uphold and expand the Delta Waterfowl brand across all touchpointsCollaborate with team members and departments across the organization to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual productsBack up our magazine design production as needed, supporting layout and publication flowContribute to the creative process with fresh ideas, sharp execution, and a bias for actionSupport the evolution of internal design systems, templates, and creative workflowsOther job duties as assigned.Required Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
