Job Description As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will need a wide range of computer expertise, client-facing skills, and project coordination experience to lead the development, deployment, and testing of Enlyte products and services with a heavy focus on systems integration to facilitate data exchange with failover resiliency. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple internal and external teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business and technical requirements of all stakeholders within established project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate Statements of Work to gain cross functional alignment on scope related to products, services, and timeline expectations. Create and maintain detailed project documentation related to requirements, design, deployment, and support. Support various project activities which include resource and timeline coordination, troubleshooting, tracking, and reporting. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Provide direct support during the project lifecycle which includes predefined post-go-live stabilization period. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience with several of the following technologies: FTP/SFTP Web Services XML PGP Microsoft SQL server query writing JavaScript programming Microsoft Windows client / server operating systems Amazon Workspace Amazon Cloud Technologies Demonstrated experience and success in the following areas: Proven success collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Strong technical analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Experience in medical bill review, healthcare technology, claims management, or a related industry is preferred. Experience working in a technical support, implementation, systems integration, or client-facing technology role is preferred. Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
