CNC MILL MACHINIST

Monday – Friday

6:00 am - 4:30 pm

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot horizontal CNC milling machines.
• Read blueprints, job travelers, and technical drawings.
• Select materials, tooling, and machining processes.
• Load/unload parts, change tooling, set offsets, and edit G & M code as needed.
• Set up and run multiple jobs while meeting quality and production standards.
• Machine precision components to tolerances of .0005"–.002".
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Identify and correct machining or equipment issues.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality standards.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of CNC machining experience using FANUC and/or Haas controls.
• Basic math skills.
