**Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
* Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on occupational therapy techniques and best practices
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to established protocols and standards
