MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires flexibility to float between units based on staffing needs. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and progress using electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Shift Information

This is a night shift position, working 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience in Telemetry and Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Ability to float to other units as needed based on patient care requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have reliable transportation for potential travel between multiple locations.

Additional Information

• The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4.
• This position may involve floating between various locations, including Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, and Seaside.
• An incentive will be provided for hours worked at certain locations, along with mileage reimbursement.
• A hotel may be offered if floating for consecutive shifts.
• Parking is available at no cost.
