Resident Care Coordinator (RCC)

Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) Position Summary The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) ensures the quality care of all residents, promotes and integrates the mission and core values of Charter Senior Living, and manages daily operations related to quality of care and services. The RCC schedules, evaluates, and supports frontline care staff while reporting to the HWD.
