About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Student Affairs to lead and coordinate a comprehensive system of programs and services that support student access, recruitment, retention, success, and completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and overseeing a One College system, working closely with the campus president and other college leaders to foster a culture of student success. This role involves strategic planning, data assessment, and the development of effective strategies to improve the student learning environment. The Vice President will also be involved in establishing and managing enrollment strategies, ensuring the delivery of positive student outcomes, and participating in the college's strategic planning process. Applicants for the Vice President of Student Affairs position at the company should have a Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years' administrative experience in student services or student development within an academic environment. A strong background in supervision, leadership, and a proven track record in student success and enrollment management are essential. The ideal candidate will have a doctorate in a related field, active membership in relevant professional associations, and experience in large-scale organizational change initiatives. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, think critically, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are also necessary.
