Special Operations Forces SME, a part-time contracted position focused on supporting a U.S. Government Institutional Capacity Building program through strategy development, conflict prevention, and partnership building, with remote and forward engagement responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Support the development and improvement of systems and institutions to enhance stability and security in conflict-affected areas Engage in strategy development and operational planning for partner nation development Provide expertise in civil-military engagement and institutional capacity building Required Qualifications Retired O-5/O-6 with U.S. Army Special Forces or U.S. Marine Corps Raider qualifications 10+ years of knowledge of special operations capabilities and operational integration 5+ years of experience in developing operational plans and training programs Extensive experience in civil-military engagement and combating violent extremist organizations U.S. Secret Security Clearance required
