Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM with combination of 12-hour, 10-hour, 8-hour, and 4-hour shifts as determined by department schedules
• Possible Saturday coverage from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• 24 guaranteed hours per week for 6-week assignment
• Float to all other orthopedic locations as needed
• Specialty focus on orthopedics with adult outpatient population
• Work independently in fast-paced environment performing X-rays on various body parts including ankle, foot, knee, hip, spine, shoulder, and extremities
• Must have 1 year of experience and orthopedics experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS
• Epic charting system experience required
• New York state license required in hand to submit
• Must be flexible, have strong communication skills, adaptable, dependable, and punctual
• Candidates within 75 miles of facility not accepted
• Pre-start modules required (billable up to 5 hours)

The facility maintains a fast-paced outpatient environment focused on delivering quality care for orthopedic patients. The organization utilizes Epic charting systems and emphasizes the importance of skilled technologists who can work independently while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety protocols.
