Regional Operations Director (ROD)

Overview The Regional Operations Director (ROD) leads approximately 10 dialysis centers, about 200 teammates, with accountability for a budget of roughly $30-$50MM P&L. You will provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to field management to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care. This role identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors division performance, and collaborates with the Divisional Vice President or SVP to align with DaVita’s mission and values. Responsibilities Lead a multi-site operation with ~10-12 direct reports, inspiring teams to deliver quality and compliant patient care. Address growth priorities, patient census, and lead successful operational transitions related to acquisitions. Drive measurable outcomes from the assigned book of business. Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for facilities within the division. Meet labor and budget targets. Review and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures; identify issues and implement solutions. Manage financial performance, revenue growth, operations, labor, contracts, and clinical outcomes within the division facilities. Maintain awareness of competition and assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Lead a growing, socially responsible business that embodies high standards of American healthcare. Collaborate with clinics to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive regional goals and standards.
