Role Details:

Job Type: Follow-Up Specialist / Sales Support / Real Estate Sales Representative

Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri

Annual Compensation: $40K base + 3% uncapped commission (OTE $76K+, top performers $70K+)

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a huge plus

✅ Strong communicator who can listen, ask questions, and keep leads engaged

✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through

✅ Coachable, ambitious, and team-oriented — willing to learn fast

✅ Bachelor's degree required

✅ Must be responsive to inbound leads during business hours (Mon–Fri)

✅ No Real Estate License required — we are the buyer, not the middle man
