Salem Logistics Inc is looking for a reliable and motivated FedEx Driver to join our growing team in W Bloomfield, MI! This is a great opportunity to hit the road, serve your community, and build a stable career with a trusted logistics provider. If you take pride in on-time delivery and top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver FedEx packages along assigned routes
- Load, unload, and organize packages for efficient daily route completion
- Scan and track packages using handheld devices to ensure accurate delivery confirmation
- Provide courteous, professional customer service at every stop
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and perform basic inspections of the delivery vehicle
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs regularly
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
- Familiarity with W Bloomfield, MI and surrounding areas preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Previous delivery, logistics, or driving experience is a plus
