Desired Qualifications: Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician certification Strong assessment, reporting, and case management abilities Experience working within an elementary school setting preferred Familiarity with special education law, eligibility criteria, and the ARD process Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about advocating for student needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for elementary students Interpret test data and provide clear, actionable recommendations Collaborate with educators, parents, and ARD committees to develop individualized education plans Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations Serve as a valued resource for classroom teachers and staff regarding interventions and support strategies Participate in campus-based meetings and ongoing professional development activities Why Consider This Role?
