Physical Therapist - Full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive State Board Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Burger Physical Therapy's outpatient clinic located in Fullerton, California. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 , which does not include bonuses or additional benefits. The role provides flexibility with a Monday to Friday schedule or a condensed four-day workweek option.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and training for activities of daily living.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and self-care strategies to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Regularly track and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at our clinic, you will primarily serve an outpatient population with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic pain management. Your expertise will greatly impact patients’ recovery journeys as they regain strength, mobility, and confidence. You will work closely with diverse individuals, tailoring interventions to meet their unique physical abilities and lifestyle requirements, thereby promoting their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or equivalent international qualification.
• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, ideally with a focus on rehabilitation.
• New graduates are welcomed, with mentorship opportunities available to foster professional growth.
• Experience with diverse patient demographics and conditions will be a plus.
