Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

A well-regarded mid-size law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience handling complex patent and technology litigation matters and be prepared to assume significant responsibility in an active litigation practice. Responsibilities Managing cases through all phases of litigation Conducting and defending depositions Drafting and arguing substantive motions Handling written discovery and fact development Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations Assisting with trial preparation and trial work Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active New York bar admission or eligibility to waive in; USPTO bar admission is a plus 3-5 years of IP litigation experience Strong understanding of engineering and scientific concepts Experience taking depositions and managing case strategy The firm offers sophisticated litigation work, direct client contact, a collegial culture, and a clear path for professional growth.
