Automotive Mechanic

The primary focus of this position will be to diagnose mechanical issues with vehicles being run through the auction. Service Technicians - Mechanics Responsibilities Examine various systems within the vehicle to diagnose problems Run computerized diagnostic tests to identify components that may be malfunctioning Remove parts that are worn out or not operating properly and replace with new, used or aftermarket parts Perform routine maintenance Prepare estimates in advance for unanticipated repairs Conduct diagnostics on fleet lease vehicles Perform arbitration checks and re-checks Complete work in a timely and accurate manner Maintain good customer service skills Be organized and demonstrate strong follow-up skills Be detail-oriented Skills Ability to handle a variety of customer service and administrative tasks Excellent customer service skills and attitude Attention to detail Highly organized Multi-tasking skills and ability to work outside of the box to resolve issues Sign-on bonus: $5,000.
