About The Role
GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. If you join the platform as an AI Tutor in Biology, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate prompts that challenge AI.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI's answers.
- Correct the model's responses based on your domain‑specific knowledge.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD Degree in Biology and/or relevant area.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in fields such as Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics & Genomics, Physiology, Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Developmental Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics & Computational Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Agricultural & Plant Biology, Marine Biology, Environmental Biology, Neuroscience, Synthetic Biology, Systems Biology, Structural Biology, Evolutionary Developmental Biology (Evo‑Devo), Quantitative Biology.
- Advanced English (C1) or above.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
- Strong ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly computationally intensive and beyond simple parameter modifications.
- Ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- Remote: laptop, internet connection, time, and enthusiasm required.
