Project Manager/ Estimator

Job Description Position: Project Engineer Experience: 2+ years in construction environment preferred Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Deliver Project Documentation in a timely & quality manner – read, understand, and evaluate drawings and specifications; submit submittals, RFI, pay applications, change orders, permits, SWPPP. Use AutoCAD to review drawings; Microsoft Office for document updates; Excel for data management. Maintain Project Schedule – update parties, use KeyStyle for field timecards, use Primavera P6 to create/update schedules; understand critical path and contract timelines; attend meetings with schedule; create three‑week look‑ahead; maintain budget within phases. Provide timely support to PM – communicate with owners, submit SWPPP inspection and traffic control plans, coordinate with utilities and Blue Stakes, collect permits. Qualifications 1+ years in a receptionist/administrative role. 1+ years in construction environment preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
