Senior Data Governance Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the full-time remote Senior Data Governance Analyst will ensure data integrity and quality during the migration of enterprise platforms, facilitating workshops, developing data mapping documents, and supporting data governance initiatives. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison to elicit, document, and prioritize data governance requirements across enterprise data domains Facilitate data governance workshops to establish business definitions, data standards, and onboarding plans Profile data and analyze source systems to support accurate mapping and migration of master data Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields 7-9 years of experience in data governance, data analysis, or data management, preferably in large-scale system implementations Strong experience with data analysis, data profiling, data mapping, and ETL processes Demonstrated experience working with Data Governance Councils or similar governance bodies Proficiency with SQL and Python, along with experience in relational databases
