Responsibilities include: * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Set up and maintain your station before, during, and after service * Ensure food is prepared and plated in a timely and consistent manner * Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times * Assist with preparation of soups, stocks, sauces, and daily specials * Support banquet and outlet production as needed * Monitor inventory and communicate needs to kitchen leadership * Work collaboratively with culinary team members to ensure smooth service * Assist with minimizing food waste and maximizing product usage * Follow all safety and kitchen procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that delivers great food and experiences.
