Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid-shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years License: RN License Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS (TNCC preferred) Must-Have: Experience with patients across the lifespan Description: The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality nursing care in an emergency department setting. The typical patient ratio is 1:4, with adjustments made for low acuity. The unit has 32 beds to accommodate patients with various medical, injury, and mental health needs. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork and collaboration. Candidates should have trauma care experience with patients across the lifespan. All staff must adhere to the facility's dress code, including wearing navy scrubs. Candidates will be required to complete specific education modules prior to their first day. This position does not involve floating to other units.
