We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to support a wide range of Human Resource functions, communicate with senior management, and collaborate across foodservice, hospitality, facilities management, and healthcare support. Key Responsibilities Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently. Coach associates and management through complex and difficult issues; advise on disciplinary action. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. PHR or SPHR designation strongly preferred. Five+ years of generalist HR experience with management experience required. Knowledge of employment law, policies, procedures, and programs. Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions. Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members. Strong presentation skills.
