Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00am to 12:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am to 11:00amExciting Benefits:Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.Mobile phone allowance to stay connected.Transportation expense reimbursement per route.Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees.Your Responsibilities:As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.Daily Commitment:Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.Support During Festive Seasons:During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand.Department Resets:Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.Teamwork:While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed.Physical Requirements:This position requires energy and willingness to perform physical tasks:Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.Walk and stand for most of the shift.Basic Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old.Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.Internet access and a smartphone.Availability to work during peak season (November to May).Make Your Mark at Falcon Farms!If you are ready to join a team passionate about excellence and bringing joy through beautiful floral arrangements, we invite you to apply today!Upload your CV in PDF or DOCX format and highlight how you meet the requirements. As part of the hiring process our company will participate in the e-verify process and make each new employee's I9 information available to DHS for verification.or more information about our company, visit:
