Warehouse Associate

Location: Waco, TX

Pay: $13-17/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time | All Shifts Available

Job Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.

• Perform visual inspections to identify product quality issues.

• Package, stack, wrap, and prepare materials for shipment.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.

• Assist production teams with general labor duties as needed.

• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (experience preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

• Strong attendance and reliability are required.

• Able to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods.

• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
