Aquatics Supervisor - Swim Programs & Safety

Life Time Inc.

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead our team across indoor and outdoor pools, ensuring top-tier member service and safety. You will train Aquatics Team Members, coordinate programming, and maintain clean, safe facilities while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role requires lifeguard certification, the ability to swim 300 yards, and the ability to lift 20 lbs; prior coaching or supervisory experience is preferred.
