This is a full-time seasonal position, compensated at $20.00/hour. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December. Essential Duties Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware Preparation for next shift by cleaning and restocking dish storage areas and cook stations Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc. Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled Taking out the trash, recycling and compost and rinsing garbage cans Commit to safely operating commercial dish machine Remain current with company issued trainings and required certifications Additional duties as assigned Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill And Ability Requirements Actively pursuing a High School Diploma or equivalent, required Previous kitchen experience, preferred, not required Responsible and dependable - able to carry out assigned duties without supervision Strong problem-solving and communication skills Exceptional time management skills Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
