We are currently hiring a full-time RV Sales Consultant to join our team.

This isn’t just selling a product — you’re helping families create vacations, memories, and adventures. Every day is different, every customer is different, and the earning potential is unlimited.

No RV experience? No problem. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing product education to help motivated people succeed.

• Help customers find the right RV, camper, or trailer for their lifestyle and budget
• Create a fun, low-pressure, informative buying experience
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and product knowledge
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication throughout the sales process
• Continuously grow your product knowledge through in-house and manufacturer training
• Work as part of a supportive, team-oriented sales environment

• Motivated, driven, and goal-oriented personality
• Strong people and communication skills
• Competitive mindset with a desire to earn
• Positive attitude and professional approach
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Valid driver’s license

Sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or commission-based experience is helpful — but we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

• Annual wages can range from $65K - $100K plus annually based on commissions
