Retail Sales Specialist (New York City Metropolitan Area)

3.1 Phillip Lim is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our flagship retail team. This opportunity is well-suited for current interns interested in gaining hands-on experience in a luxury retail environment while contributing directly to the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized and elevated shopping experience for all clients
• Develop a strong understanding of product, brand history, and seasonal collections
• Support visual merchandising and maintain the sales floor to brand standards
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory support, and POS transactions
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in fashion, styling, and client engagement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
